I started this blog at the end of 2007 when, frankly, everyone was doing it. Hence the name. Since then of course millions more blogs have been started and many more have withered and died. I’ll be honest, I’ve been close to killing this one off on more than one occasion, given the infrequency of my posting. But every now and then an old post comes in handy so it lives on.
The content of this blog reflects the content of me. That mean a broad and eclectic range of subjects and a perspective which I’m fairly certain is of little interest to anyone else. I’m a dad, I’m English but I live in France, I love sport (cycling being a particular passion), photography, glorious old sportscars, funny stuff on TV and film, nice grub…usual middle-age man things. Expect me to touch on all of them once in a while.
My name’s Mark Pinsent by the way. Who the hell are you?
You can email me on mark (dot) pinsent (at) gmail (dot) com. You can also check out markpinsent.com which will point you to any number of other online bits and bobs I get up to. In fact I should really stick all of this stuff over there.
Thanks for stopping by.
